Bison bacon is a wholesome Wisconsin product that is a healthy alternative to regular bacon. Bison bacon has half the calories, cholesterol and sodium than regular bacon. Because it’s very lean, the shrinkage when cooked is minimal. The bison used for our bacon are free roaming, naturally fed with no growth enhancing drugs, and are finished humanely.
